In addition to the CAFT Laboratories located on the Cook Campus in New Brunswick , CAFT operates the Food Development and Manufacturing Center (FDMC) located in Piscataway.  The FDMC  is a 31,000 ft facility operated under constant USDA inspection and is a FDA licensed canning facility. We conduct product development, scale up and short production runs at our flexible facility.  The facility is home to a number of small NJ food and ingredient companies who develop and manufacture their products in our facility. If you are looking for laboratory or manufacturing space for your company, please contact us to discuss short or long term leasing of space in our shared facility.
