The book is available for purchase at the Cook/Douglass Coop. There are also 3 copies of the book on the reserve at the Chang Library. There is also a copy of the Diet Analysis Software on the reserve computer (1) there.

When purchasing the textbook, make sure that you are buying the ‘bundle’ which includes the Diet Analysis CD version 8.0.1 or the web code. You need the program to do your Diet Analysis Project.

If you decide to buy a second-hand textbook, please make sure to buy separately the registration card (code) that will allow you to access the online version of the Diet Analysis or the CD-Rom.
