Rutgers School of Environmental and Biological Sciences [Dept. of Food Science]

Application Information

Application forms are available on-line at the Graduate Admissions website http://gradstudy.rutgers.edu

All materials should be mailed directly to the Office of Graduate & Professional Admissions for processing.  No part of the application packet should be sent to the Food Science department, this will delay the application process.

There are three ways to apply:

Apply and pay the application fee online for the best service. (Internet Explorer 6.0 or better is required.) Submit your application no later than 2 weeks prior to the program’s deadline.  Early is better.  Supporting credentials should follow soon after the submission of an application.  Be sure to include your name on all documents sent.  (Do not send applications or materials directly to programs, as admissions cannot provide status, archiving, or other vital services for applicants who do so.)

Download the new Graduate and Professional Study Booklet if you are just starting to explore Rutgers as a candidate for your Graduate work.
